With our continued growth in conversion optimisation we are looking for a talented CRO Specialist to join our team.
We have a dynamic team and fantastic creative offices in Darlinghurst, Sydney.
You would work with some of Australia’s biggest Brands to create testing and optimisation strategies and help grow their online conversions. You would work with our existing portfolio of clients as well as exciting new accounts.
The role is client facing so requires someone who has great communication skills and good relationship with clients. The applicant must be able to create testing strategies, and write hypothesis tests to deliver ongoing conversion results for our clients.
The successful applicant would need experience with data, UX, wireframes, analytics, psychology and web design best practices. You would work closely with the clients, project managers, designers and developers and our technology partners Oracle & Optimizely.
To qualify for the role we need someone with the following skills and experience:
· Proven experience in conversion rate optimisation
· Proven experience in A/B testing and Multivariate testing is essential
· Experience and demonstrated capability in behaviour economics
· Proven skills in developing and running a test plan
· Experience with wireframes, UX, web design and development
· Experience with optimisation tools e.g. Optimizely, Maxymiser
· Experience in Google analytics
· Experience in Google Tag Manager
· Proven skills in building a hypothesis test and CRO strategy
· Proven experience in website and ecommerce conversion rate optimisation
Must be located in Sydney and have a visa to work.
