The Brief

Our experience in information architecture, planning and creative was a natural fit for this project. Working hand in hand with NAB’s kiosk teams we planned out every last detail of this new environment. Function, form and design, informed by the latest breakthroughs in touch screen technology were central to this planning process.

The Strategy

For our platform we chose industry-leading technology supplier Samsung. Their range of touch-screen tables and towers provided the striking design we would need, coupled with the right technology to serve up our content. Samsung’s single and dual use touch screen tables provided an engaging interface for passers-by to access NAB’s various diagnostic tools.  These tools helped define what their financial needs were and challenged them on what they were doing to achieve their dreams.

The Results

Kiosk 2.0 was a more than worthy evolution. Users engaged with the tools available, downloading product brochures and other content to their mobiles via both Bluetooth and QR codes. For the less tech-savvy, a range of printed product descriptions were also distributed. During the trial phase our strategy saw a 25% increase in sales, coupled with a 13% rise in customer satisfaction. The Kiosk of the Future was helping to secure a financially stable future for our customers, new and old.
